Allister has approximately 20 years’ legal experience spent in Auckland, London and Sydney and was previously a partner in another boutique Auckland legal practice.

Allister advises businesses on a broad range of legal issues including the sale and purchase of businesses and shares, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements, supplier and customer contracts, financing transactions and commercial leasing. Allister is experienced in advising on different business structures including companies, joint ventures and limited partnerships. In addition he provides assistance in the areas of trust and asset planning.

Allister acts for organisations across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, retailing, information technology and professional services and a variety of family trusts and property investors.
