Simon Blackwell is a Notary Public and provides the following services for documents to be used within New Zealand or overseas:

  • Certifying that a document is a true copy of its original
  • Witnessing a signature having established the identity of the person signing
  • Authenticating an original document

If you require Simon’s services, please contact us to discuss your requirements. We need to understand how your document will be used, in which country it will be used and the number of documents (or copies) required, before we can arrange a time to meet with you.

Note particularly that as well as having us notarise your document, you may then need to obtain an apostille or authentication from the Department of Internal Affairs in Wellington. You should establish the need for this from the person who provided the document to you initially.
