Since her admission as a solicitor in 2012, Maria has gained experience as a commercial lawyer, both in Auckland and London boutique firms. Maria advises business clients on a wide range of issues, including the sale and purchase of business, corporate governance, employee share schemes, financing transactions and intellectual property matters. Maria also has experience in all aspects of estate planning, including trusts, wills and powers of attorney.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys attending the theatre and training for floorball.
