EMMA MCGRATH, SOLICITOR

Emma graduated from the Auckland University of Technology in 2013 with a Bachelor of Law. Emma was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court in New Zealand in 2015.
HER EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Property due diligence
- Refinancing for individuals, companies and family trusts
- Financing arrangements including mortgages and securities
- Leases
- Land subdivisions
Prior to joining Blackwells, Emma worked as a property solicitor in a well-established, medium sized law firm in Auckland.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys looking after her young daughter.
